I am an experienced guitar and piano teacher who gives his students a lifetime skill. I am now accepting new students for in person and virtual lessons. I studied Music Theory and Composition at Vanderbilt University's Blair School of Music. I am versed in styles ranging from Rock to Classical. Students progress when they are excited about their repertoire...therefore, I select the right pieces for each student - pieces of music they enjoy and that will improve their technique. I also incorporate music theory into my lessons, so students gain an understanding of what they are playing. All ages, skill levels and stylistic interests are welcome.
